Requirements:
Working with a crew leader on projects such as:
-
Basement waterproofing systems
-
Crawlspace encapsulation
-
Foundation repair
-
Push pier / helical pier installs
-
Wall stabilization
-
Drainage systems
-
Concrete and structural support work
-
Jobsite prep / cleanup / material handling
You’ll work in basements, crawlspaces, outdoors, and changing conditions.

Reliable and punctual

Coachable attitude

Strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license preferred

Able to lift 75 lbs

Comfortable with physical labor

Positive team-first mindset
Construction, landscaping, roofing, concrete, moving, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus—but not required.
