About the Role
Kaché Bar Noir is seeking an experienced, fast‑paced Barback to support our bartenders and maintain bar readiness in a high‑volume, upscale environment. This role is essential to smooth service, strong team flow, and delivering the elevated guest experience Kaché is known for.
Responsibilities
- Restock spirits, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Support bartenders during peak service and events
- Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory
- Keep storage areas, walk‑ins, and bar shelves organized
- Uphold Kaché’s hospitality, professionalism, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years barback experience in a high‑volume bar or restaurant
- Strong understanding of bar operations and service flow
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, fast, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
- Bilingual is a plus
- Night, weekend, and event availability required
