We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Printer Operator to join our production team. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating multiple printers, monitoring, and maintaining production printing equipment while ensuring high quality standards, accuracy and productivity.
- Review work orders to verify printing requirements, quantities, colors and materials
- Inspect Printed labels throughout production to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.
- Accurately complete production records and quality record documentation
- Perform routine machine adjustment to maintain print quality and production efficiency.
- Understand the proper procedures for regular operation and maintenance. Receive instructions and work with other operators and staff.
- Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with internal clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience operation label printing equipment, such as SATO, VP700 COLOR (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret production work orders and job specifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for operation printing software and production system
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Skills:
- Have computer experience in Windows operating systems and Office programs.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes.
- Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products, filing.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
