WORK SCHEDULE/COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
- COMPENSATION: $25-30, based on experience.
- HOURS: - Monday-Friday (8-5). Overtime & Flexibility to work some evenings (with notice) is highly desirable.
- PAID TIME OFF: 120 hours of PTO (vacation days) per year. Multiple paid holidays per year.
- BENEFITS: Medical benefits are scheduled to be offered starting 2027.

JOB OVERVIEW
The IDEAL candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with any of the following: Duct Work, HVAC Piping, ability to read 'specs' and drawings, ability to do take-offs from drawings or a list, and a demonstrated technical aptitude background.
**This role does not include site-visits, installations, repairs, or material fabrication. All work is is software based**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Read, decipher, color code, and print mechanical drawings
- Do take-offs from mechanical drawings and/or lists of materials.
- Apply construction specifications to mechanical drawings and lists.
- Provide written quotes using drawings and take-off software**
- Prepare bid reports and e-mail to potential customers.
- Make adjustments or corrections to bid reports as needed.
- Receive and respond to inbound calls regarding submitted proposals
- Extensive usage of Email and Phone.
**NOTE: Training will be provided for the take-off software**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
