Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated technician to join our team. Drywall texture, plumbing and electrical skills are MANDATORY for this position. Other experience needed include painting, electric/plumbing diagnosis, electric/plumbing installation, carpentry, problem solving and customer service
Responsibilities:
- Perform solo and assist with a variety of home repair tasks including drywall repair and texture, carpentry, plumbing and electrical diagnosis and installation etc.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, electrical repair replacing fixtures, and general upkeep (gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning etc.)
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Strong desire to grow and continue to develop skills in home repair and maintenance.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Complete knowledge of tools and their use.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as well as climbing ladders.
- Clean driving record
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to pass a drug test
