We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented District Sales Support to join our Air Freight team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys customer interaction, and is driven to support business growth.
What You’ll Do
· Prepare accurate and competitive air freight quotations for customers in a timely manner.
· Actively promote our air freight products and services for a specific carrier in our portfolio.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat and new business.
· Manage and update customer information within the CRM/system to ensure data accuracy.
· Process air freight bookings and closely monitor shipments to ensure smooth execution.
· Coordinate and expedite transportation documentation to avoid delays.
· Assist customers with booking inquiries, shipment tracking, and freight-related issues.
· Prepare sales and performance reports by analyzing customer and market data.
· Support marketing initiatives by contributing to promotional materials and campaigns.
· Maximize the use of ECS digital tools and actively support new digital initiatives within the organization.
· Support the outside sales team with customer follow-ups, rate requests, pipeline updates, and account coordination.
· Coordinate internally with operations, customer service, and airline partners to ensure sales commitments are properly communicated and executed.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring
· Two years of experience in air freight, logistics, or freight forwarding (required).
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
· Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
