Seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC press brake machines, reading blueprints, and performing independent setups while ensuring high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC press brake machines (preferably Amada) to bend and form metal components according to specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately
- Perform machine setups independently, including tooling changes and adjustments
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify part quality
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and standards
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or production processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience performing independent machine setups
- Proficiency using measuring tools and quality inspection techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
