We’re hiring Housekeeping Team Leads to work and explore in Yosemite National Park this fall!
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal (potential for full-time benefitted position)
Season Dates: September 2026 - March 2027 (start and end dates are flexible)
Pay: $17/hr - $18/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a team of four housekeepers in cleaning multiple rental units.
- Ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time.
- Ensure that all paperwork and reporting is completed thoroughly and accurately.
- Once trained, continue coaching team members and new hires as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, positive, and hard working team atmosphere
- Responsible for providing constructive criticism to team members so they are built up, not torn down.
- Responsible for documenting and reporting team member's performance to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to stay positive and level headed in high stress situations.
- Must have working knowledge of basic cleaning practices in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, and supervisors.
- Must have the ability to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours or more
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 35 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, push and pull for extended periods.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Driver's License is required.
Work Location: In person in Wawona, inside Yosemite National Park.
