Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes, ensuring they remain healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, trimming trees, and planting flowers to keep outdoor spaces pristine and attractive.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, shovels, and lawnmowers efficiently and safely.
- Identify different plant species and diagnose common plant health issues to implement appropriate care strategies.
- Conduct snow plowing/shoveling/salting operations during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping equipment such as excavators or similar machinery.
- Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields.
- Ability to identify various plants and trees accurately; familiarity with plant health management is preferred.
- Knowledge of pesticide management practices adhering to safety regulations.
- Construction experience or prior work on hardscape projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with snow plowing equipment and techniques during winter seasons.
- Excellent hand tool skills along with proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate small machinery such as excavators is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
