Foreclosure Hunter / Analyst – Upside Capital Holdings
Remote, LA, or Dallas | Travel Required
We’re Upside Capital Holdings — a fast-moving real estate investment company that thrives on finding hidden gems in the foreclosure and distressed property space. We’re looking for a Foreclosure Hunter / Analyst who’s part detective, part analyst, part deal closer.
This isn’t a desk-only job. You’ll be hunting opportunities, running the numbers, talking to lenders, showing up at auctions, and walking properties. We don’t buy what we don’t touch.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt down foreclosure and distressed property opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, trustees, and sellers.
- Run the due diligence — dig into the details, spot red flags, crunch the numbers.
- Learn state-by-state foreclosure rules and master the auction game.
- Travel to properties, boots-on-the-ground, and bring back the intel.
- Work deals from sourcing all the way through to selling.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate investing, foreclosure, or auctions (you know the grind).
- A mix of hunter and analyst — you can chase deals and run the numbers.
- Tech savvy enough to research quickly and pull clean data.
- Detail-obsessed but street-smart — no babysitting needed.
- Hungry for upside. If you know what this role is, you know the money potential.
The Upside (Compensation)
This role is designed for a high-performer who wants to be paid exactly what they are worth.
- Mostly Commission-Based: Your earnings are tied directly to the deals you find and close.
- No Ceiling: The upside is in the name. If you bring value and close deals, there is no limit to your earning potential.
- Direct Access: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder, learning the trade and closing high-stakes deals.
Why This Job Rocks
This isn’t corporate. It’s fast, flexible, and loaded with opportunity. If you are hungry, tech-savvy, and ready to get your hands dirty in the real estate market, we want to talk to you.
