Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The House Cleaner will ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, organized, and presentable, contributing to a welcoming environment for clients.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
- Excute and provide before and after photos and videos of the customers home
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Execute detailed floor care routines, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing, to restore surfaces to their best condition
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage household chores such as organizing clutter, changing bed linens, and light cooking assistance when required
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices preferred
- Strong skills in cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and general housekeeping management
- Experience with laundry services and basic cooking is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering cleaning equipment
- Previous hotel or custodial experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay: $23.00 - $37.00 per hour
