Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technology Project Manager with broakerage experience to lead complex enterprise software initiatives and oversee cross-functional teams. In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects aligned with organizational goals. A technology background will be super important. Being able to design enterprise solutions is a great plus. Your expertise in project management methodologies, technical proficiency, and leadership will ensure seamless software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and enterprise solutions with timeline management . Duties
- Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise software deployments, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, or other to tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) methodologies.
- Oversee technical project activities such as cloud computing solutions on AWS, IT infrastructure upgrades, database management , and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage project risks through proactive identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning while maintaining compliance with IT governance standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and ensure quality assurance through rigorous analysis skills and test-driven development practices.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential issues;
- Supervise project schedules, resource allocation, release management, and program management activities to ensure timely delivery of enterprise solutions.
- Support organizational change by implementing best practices in IT governance, project implementation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical project & program management within enterprise software environments.
- Background in Technology will be a big plus
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, SDLC, PMBOK; proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS; familiarity with IT infrastructure components including databases is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing technical projects involving software development, system integration, and enterprise solutions implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Technical proficiency in Visio for process mapping; experience with SharePoint for document management; understanding of disaster recovery procedures is a plus.
- Strong analysis skills for risk assessment, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and analysis of complex technical issues.
- Supervisory experience in managing technical project teams; proven ability to lead diverse groups towards common goals within a fast-paced environment.
