Key responsibilities:
*Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes
*Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
*Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
*Inspect finished parts for quality assurance
*Assist with loading and unloading materials
*Document production metrics and report any issues to the supervisor
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical processes
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours a day
*Good communication skills and a team player attitude
*Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
*Ability to read blueprints (willing to train)
*Ability to use micrometers, calipers and various other measuring devices (willing to train)
*Knowledge of safety standards and protocols
Hours:
*Monday through Thursday 7am-430pm; Friday 7am-11am; rotating Saturdays
*Overtime, as needed
