We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall appearance and cleanliness of commercial and residental properties. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Perform cleaning tasks on various building heights, including the use of ladders and scissor lifts when necessary.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good condition.
- Follow safety protocols to minimize risks associated with working at heights.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress and any issues that arise.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas during and after each job.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, particularly in window cleaning or commercial settings.
- Janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with cleaning practices and equipment.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and effectively is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results in all tasks performed.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
