Key Responsibilities
- Unit Turnover & Prep: Execute complete move-out to move-in transitions, including drywall patching, painting, minor repairs, and final readiness checks.
- Systems Maintenance: Supervise and perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Resident Satisfaction: Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service when resolving resident work orders and maintenance requests.
- Operations & Inventory: Track maintenance supplies, manage stock levels, and order necessary materials within budget.
- Site Management: Coordinate and execute scheduled preventive maintenance across property grounds and individual units.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in residential or commercial maintenance (plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, and painting).
- Leadership & Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose property issues quickly and direct or execute solutions efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Great communication skills with a resident-first mindset.
- Mobility & Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required for moving materials and traveling between sites.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.What We Offer
