PSC Crane & Rigging | Milford, OH / Greater Cincinnati Market
PSC Crane & Rigging is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Key Account Manager to support continued growth in the Greater Cincinnati market from our Milford Business Unit.
This is a customer-facing, field-oriented sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with prospective and current customers who need crane, rigging, construction project support, construction labor, and equipment solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, asking good questions, following up consistently, and coordinating internally to deliver strong customer solutions.
What You’ll Do
The Sales & Key Account Manager will create and execute territory and key account plans in partnership with senior sales leadership to achieve sales goals and support PSC’s continued growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting for new customers and developing relationships with decision-makers in the target market
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to identify additional work and referral opportunities
- Building a strong network within the local construction, industrial, crane, and rigging markets
- Developing relationships with general contractors, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, construction firms, mechanical contractors, project managers, maintenance leaders, and facility decision-makers
- Reviewing project details, construction documents, and scopes of work to understand customer needs
- Acting as the key communication link between customers and PSC estimating teams
- Ensuring estimates, bids, and proposals are timely, accurate, and aligned with customer specifications, PSC cost/profit targets, and schedule goals
- Following PSC’s sales process for prospecting, nurturing opportunities, and closing deals
- Regularly updating CRM and sales systems to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Communicating proposal status, customer needs, market activity, and sales opportunities to senior leadership
- Providing input into quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets
- Representing PSC professionally while consistently modeling PSC values with customers, employees, and industry partners
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned to support customer expectations and business needs

Success in this role means building a strong pipeline, maintaining consistent customer contact, winning profitable work that aligns with PSC’s capabilities, and keeping sales activity and forecasting information accurate and up to date.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Sound judgment on when to involve senior leadership to advance opportunities
- Strong comfort with numbers, math, spreadsheets, and sales-related analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM software or a similar sales/database system
- Ability and willingness to travel locally on a regular basis throughout the Greater Cincinnati market
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional business experience
- Industrial, construction, crane, rigging, equipment, or related B2B sales experience
- Proven experience creating and executing sales plans that attract and retain customers
- Ability to leverage customer relationships to connect with key decision-makers
- Experience using marketing analytics, social media, and internet-based tools to build market and brand awareness
- Experience working with estimating, proposals, project scopes, or construction-related documentation

Travel Requirements
This is a field-oriented sales position requiring regular local travel throughout the Greater Cincinnati market, including in-person customer calls, job-site visits, business unit meetings, and industry events. Occasional overnight travel, approximately 10%, may be required.
