Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine individual care needs.
- Administer medications via injections, IV infusions, and other routes while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans aligned with medical orders, including wound care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, therapists, social workers—and facilitate discharge planning for seamless continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards while maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
Experience
- Proven experience in home health nursing or medical-surgical units with a strong foundation in patient assessment and clinical procedures.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
