Bravera is hiring for a Treasury Management Officer in Fargo, ND.
The Treasury Management Officer at Bravera Bank is responsible for developing and expanding business relationships by delivering treasury management and digital banking solutions that help clients improve cash flow, streamline operations and reduce fraud risk. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business customers, working closely with Business Banking Officers, Market Presidents, lenders and internal support teams to provide customized solutions backed by responsive, local service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, deepen and manage relationships with business customers by identifying treasury management, payments and digital banking opportunities.
- Conduct consultative conversations with business clients to understand payables, receivables, liquidity and fraud prevention needs.
- Recommend and deliver Bravera treasury solutions, including Business Online Banking, ACH services, wire transfers, bill pay, payroll solutions, remote deposit, merchant/card processing, Positive Pay and related fraud prevention services.
- Partner with Business Banking Officers, Market Presidents, Commercial Lenders and other internal teams to support new business development and relationship expansion.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, product recommendations and pricing solutions for prospective and existing business customers.
- Coordinate implementation, onboarding and ongoing maintenance of treasury products, including account setup, access management and documentation.
- Provide training and support to customers on treasury tools and digital banking platforms to promote adoption and long-term success.
- Perform annual reviews and ongoing relationship management for treasury customers to ensure services remain aligned with client needs.
- Respond promptly to service requests, troubleshoot issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience consistent with Bravera’s relationship-based model.
- Support growth in non-interest fee income and business deposit relationships through effective solution design and client engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of treasury products, payment systems, fraud trends and regulatory requirements affecting business banking services.
- Represent Bravera in the community and build referral opportunities through networking and relationship development.
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in treasury management, cash management, business banking or related financial services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of treasury services, commercial deposit products, ACH, wires, online banking and fraud prevention solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, develop business and provide consultative financial solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
