Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Range: $20.50 - $22.00
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM (40hrs) NO WEEKENDS!

Join our team to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.
- Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.
- Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.
- Transport individuals to activities and appointments.
- Complete documentation using electronic systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license; bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.
- Experience in caregiving or human services preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals or
- Associates in Human Services with one year experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals or
- Bachelor's in any field with 6 months experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals
