Pest Control Technician
Summit Environmental Solutions, is growing and we are looking for driven Registered Pest Control Technicians to service our clients. Experience in pest control is REQUIRED and registered technician status is required. We have been serving our customers in Virginia since 1991, we are proud of the work we do.
Pest Control Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial IPM services and applications.
- Manage pest and vector control programs for a variety of clients.
- Work in a positive team environment to grow pest control accounts and productivity.
- Develop professionally and personally to meet and exceed pest control goals.
- Achieve objectives while promoting pest control service excellence and pest control customer retention.
- Be a positive, knowledgeable pest control representative to clients and the community.
- Participate in regular pest control staff meetings and complete pest control service reports as required.
Pest Control Tech Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- At least 3 months of Pest Control experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong motivation and decision-making skills.
- Drive to consistently learn and improve.
- Defined personal and professional goals.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to receive clearance to visit government facilities.
Position starts at $19-22 / Hour based on experience.

Experience:
- Pest Control: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Pesticide Applicator’s License (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
