Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team. We have both Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing. This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified.
Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Type: Full-Time, Night 6p-6a, PRN for all shifts
Location: Boulder, CO
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
Qualifications for Job Title Goes Here:
- Active LPN License
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, especially related to long-term care.
- Proven experience in staff development, performance management, and team leadership.
- Strong skills in clinical oversight, quality assurance, and patient safety practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, and regulatory agencies.
Experience:
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to working with elderly and vulnerable populations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing nursing operations in a long-term nursing care facility.
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Experience representing nursing leadership during inspections, surveys, and audits
