Warehouse Picker
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:PM, training includes initial 1st shift for 2–4 weeks)
Location: Warsaw, IN
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and stage products based on order requirements

Operate warehouse equipment including stock pickers and reach trucks

Verify product accuracy and report discrepancies when needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Support daily production goals and workflow

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience operating a reach truck and/or stock picker

Ability to learn and safely operate equipment after onsite training

Ability to stand, lift, and move materials as needed

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
