Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bridal Attendant to join our team and elevate the wedding experience for our clients. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest services, assist with wedding day logistics, and ensure that every detail runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the wedding venue with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist bridal parties with dressing, accessories, and personal needs to ensure they feel confident and comfortable
- Support catering staff by coordinating food and beverage service, including serving meals, drinks, and handling food safety protocols
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, providing directions, and resolving any concerns promptly
- Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decor in accordance with event plans
- Handle bussing duties efficiently by clearing plates, glasses, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event
- Operate POS systems for beverage sales or additional guest requests while maintaining accuracy in transactions
- Ensure adherence to food handling standards, safety regulations, and proper food preparation procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Culinary or banquet experience is a strong asset for understanding event flow and guest needs
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of wine service, beverage offerings, and food safety practices
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with catering setups, fine dining service, or food presentation is advantageous
- Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
