- Western Slope Driving Institute is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented part-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced, energetic environment where accuracy, professionalism, and communication are essential.
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our students and families, the Front Desk Administrative Assistant plays a key role in daily operations. You will handle administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and support instructors when classes are in session.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Enrolling students in classes and managing scheduling
- Preparing and organizing class documents and paperwork
- Maintaining accurate daily records and files
- General office upkeep and light cleaning
- Assisting instructors during classes when needed (occasionally on weekends)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:45 AM – ~2:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday or Sunday hours may be required when classes are in session
- Closed for all major holidays
Compensation & Benefits:
- Part-time position, roughly 20-25 hours a week
- 20 hours of PTO after 6 months of employment
- 401k
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Apple computers (Mac)
- Reliable, hardworking, flexible, and professional
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
