Grayhawk is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remodel Salesperson to join our growing team. This individual will work directly with homeowners to provide solutions for remodeling projects, including kitchens and baths, full-home renovations, windows and doors, and the list goes on. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, energetic, and passionate about helping customers improve their homes while delivering exceptional client experience. As mentioned above, we are a team, and no one can know it all, especially in our industry. We utilize our team’s resources long before the sale. Estimating and logistics assistance are always available to ensure we get the proposal correct and set the proper expectations for the client. We have a long and ever-growing list of repeat and referral clients that we’re proud to serve.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling needs and recommend solutions
- Work with Project Managers and other staff prior to releasing proposals to clients to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Present Grayhawk products and services professionally and confidently
- Prepare and explain estimates, proposals, and financing options
- Build strong relationships with customers and PMs throughout the sales process
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospective clients
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth project transitions
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records
- Represent Grayhawk with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry. Experience (PK) with cabinetry, interior finishes, windows and doors, also a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong desire to build real trust and rapport with homeowners
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Computer and CRM knowledge preferred
