Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring protection during transit.
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and track inventory for order fulfillment.
- Conduct quality control checks on packed items to verify accuracy and condition before shipping.
- Manage shipping & receiving activities by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and maintaining detailed inbound/outbound logs.
- Assist with stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing materials for easy access during order picking.
- Follow manual handling procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety during heavy lifting and material handling tasks.
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or logistics operations is highly desirable.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is essential; certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picker technology is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in manual handling, packing techniques, and quality control processes.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE use and heavy lifting procedures.
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting or familiarity with warehouse supervisor responsibilities is advantageous but not required.
