Dinner Cook
Hilton Garden Inn Waco offers a Full Bar and Dinner Service, daily, from 5p-10p. (Scheduled from 430p - 1030p)
The Dinner Cook would need to be available to work the line during Dinner shifts, and be available to work Banquets as needed. (All Banquets include additional gratuity). This person would help with creating Dinner Specials, ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen, and that recipes and plating are to Hilton Standards.
They would also work on Banquets - preparing the food, ensuring proper set-up of buffets, and executing the level of service and quality of food our Guests expect and pay for. Gratuity is included on all Banquet shifts.
Canidates will need to complete and pass a drug screening and background check.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
