Duties
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist customers with parts inquiries, manage in-person transactions, and support shipping and receiving tasks. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers, this position offers an excellent opportunity to join a trusted industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls to assist with parts inquiries and orders.
- Assist walk-in customers with product pick-up and drop-off for repair services.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience with diesel engine components or automotive parts is required. Applicants should have a strong understanding of parts identification and usage to seamlessly step into the role.
- Willingness to learn about our products and services.
- Ability to work onsite. This is not a remote position.
