Behind every well-run court is a team that keeps cases moving, records accurate, and court proceedings organized. As the Court Administrator, you'll
oversee the daily operations of the Durango Municipal Court, supervise a small team, and coordinate the people, processes, and information that keep the court running smoothly. You'll work closely with judges, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, city departments, and community members.
This role combines strong organization with thoughtful customer service and clear communication. You'll help create a professional and respectful experience for everyone who interacts with the court while supporting your team and contributing to efficient court operations.
The starting pay for this position is between $54,904 and $60,394 per year, with opportunities for growth up to $76,865 per year based on long-term growth and performance within the role.
