We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests, managing reservations, and facilitating their needs during their stay.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Assist with reservations over the phone and in person, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- Conduct night audits as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle calls professionally.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Background in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
