We are an Authorized AT&T Dealer expanding our team and hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join us as AT&T Customer Representatives in the Lakeland and Orlando area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity focused on in-person customer engagement, wireless sales, and territory-based customer acquisition.
If you’re a people-person who enjoys fast-paced environments, real conversations, and earning based on performance, this AT&T Customer Representative role is built for you. No prior experience is required, we provide full training, mentorship, and hands-on support.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Customer Representative
- Meet customers in-person in residential areas throughout Lakeland / Orlando
- Present and explain AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions
- Help customers enroll, activate, and set up new services
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right wireless solutions
- Build new customer relationships through daily territory engagement
- Support a smooth onboarding experience and follow-up communication
- Work toward both individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Customer Representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
- Coachable and eager to learn sales and customer acquisition skills
- Reliable transportation to travel throughout Lakeland / Orlando territories
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
