About the Role
Club Pilates is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Part-Time Sales Associate. This is a sales-focused position for individuals who are coachable, confident communicators, and driven by results. Membership sales are a core responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell memberships and meet individual sales goals
- Complete daily call, text, and email tasks to leads and members
- Confidently present pricing and services and handle objections
- Interface directly with members and prospects in the studio
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
- Work independently while collaborating with the team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-driven and comfortable in a performance-based role
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Compensation & Perks
