Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our high volume sports grill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, kitchen management, budgeting, and hospitality management.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Handle budgeting and financial aspects of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold hospitality standards
- Supervise and train staff on POS systems and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and scheduling for success
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Understanding of inventory control practices
- Familiarity with coffee service is a plus
