Neely Counseling Center (NCC) is a well-established outpatient private practice that has proudly served the San Antonio community since 2001. We are committed to providing exceptional mental health care to individuals, couples, and families while fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace where clinicians can thrive. Our services include individual, couples, family, and marriage counseling, psychological testing, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
We are seeking a compassionate, fully licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families and has strong clinical experience in couples and family therapy. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation.
- Provide both in-person and telehealth counseling services.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians through consultation and case discussions.
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered care while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Active Texas LMFT, or LPC, license (fully licensed; associate-level clinicians need not apply).
- Demonstrated experience providing couples and family therapy is required.
- Experience working with adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team.
- Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms preferred.

Pay: $70,036.10 - $84,344.55 per year
