Vander Hyde Mechanical is looking for a skilled Commercial Construction Plumbing Project Manager to oversee projects after estimation through their completion. Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish
- Supervise foremen and installation teams on-site
- Coordinate crews to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance
- Read and troubleshoot from diagrams and blueprints
- Maintain vendor, contractor, and client relationships
- Analyze bid data for cost assessments
- Ensure project deadlines and schedules are met while maintaining client satisfaction
- Oversee on-site quality control
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships throughout each project
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial plumbing field experience required
- Hold a State of Michigan Plumbing License
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydronic systems
- Attention to Detail ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in documentation, reporting, and project tasks
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- MS Office proficiency, including Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Procore experience is preferred
- Ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Knowledge of state and local codes
- Dependable, driven, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 a year (based on experience)
