Job Description
- Represent clients throughout all phases of personal injury matters.
- Manage and develop case strategy with guidance from experienced attorneys.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Take and defend depositions as experience allows.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide outstanding client service.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Oklahoma Bar license.
- 1+ year of personal injury law experience on either the plaintiff or defense side.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Motivated, professional, and client-focused.
- Litigation experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
