District Sales Manager – West Palm Beach
Chifles is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth and retail execution across the West Palm Beach Territory.
This role focuses on expanding distribution within the district, increasing SKU presence in existing stores, ensuring strong promotional execution, holding distributors accountable to service standards, and building strong store-level relationships.
Remote, home-based with frequent field activity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close distribution gaps across the territory
- Grow SKU count and shelf presence in existing stores
- Execute promotions, displays, resets, and compliance
- Hold distributors accountable for service and execution
- Build strong store-level relationships
- Track performance and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CPG sales experience
- Strong retail execution background
- Experience working with distributors
- Self-driven and organized
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000 – 65,000
- Target annual bonus: $10,000
- Additional upside through performance accelerators and stretch incentives.
- Car Allowance of: $600/Month
