We are seeking a skilled and reliable Wheel Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wheel alignments, tire services, and basic automotive maintenance & repair. This role requires strong attention to detail, a customer-focused attitude, and flexibility to work Monday through Saturdays. The technician will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are serviced accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Tire & Wheel Services
- Perform wheel alignments (computerized or manual).
- Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires.
- TPMS sensor installation and calibration.
- Handling multiple sized and performance tires.
- Identify and explain abnormal tire wear issues & wear.
Brake & Suspension (Basic)
- Brake pad and rotor replacements as needed.
- Inspect suspension components related to alignment.
- Perform basic diagnostics related to steering and suspension.
Customer Service & Shop Support
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle condition and recommended services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wheel/Tire Alignment Technician (required).
- Strong knowledge of tire balancing, alignment, and wear patterns.
- Basic experience with brakes and suspension systems preferred.
- Availability to work: Monday through Saturdays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in English & Spanish.
