We are a licensed Florida contractor specializing in residential remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, additions, full home renovations, and general residential construction. We are growing our team and looking for experienced, dependable remodeling professionals for both hourly positions and subcontractor opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential remodeling and renovation work
- Work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, painting, tile, and general carpentry
- Read and follow project plans and instructions
- Maintain quality workmanship and job site professionalism
- Work independently or as part of a crew
- Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of residential remodeling experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Own basic tools required for your trade
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in Gainesville, Lake City, and surrounding areas
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
