The Cowboy Store is opening up a new location in historic downtown Boerne, Texas, and is seeking a Store Manager with approximately 2 years of Proven Leadership Experience to join our family! We are looking for a Leader who can provide our customers the best possible shopping experience and motivate their sales staff to do the same! Working variable hours which includes evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, Hire & Retain effective employees
- Coach and train employees to achieve best results
- Create an environment that will bring repeat customers
- Supervise the daily operations of the store
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven Leadership experience from sales-driven environments
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Capable of standing and walking around during scheduled hours
- Team Player with a can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of packing and unpacking shipments weighing up to 50 pounds
