Job description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time or full-time Pediatrician to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. As a Pediatrician at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Conduct physical exams, evaluate patients’ medical histories, and make recommendations for treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, including infections, injuries, and developmental disorders.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and other imaging studies.
- Counsel patients and their families on issues related to growth and development, nutrition, and health promotion.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and psychologists, to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current and valid medical license in the state of practice.
- Board certification in Pediatrics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Pediatrician.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records.
