We're excited to welcome Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologists to our team at Laurel View Village, a well-respected community known for its personalized, resident-centered approach to care.
This position offers exceptional flexibility with no minimum monthly commitment. We simply ask that team members remain active by providing coverage at least once every six months.

- Provide speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations and treatment
- Help residents maintain communication abilities, cognitive function, safe swallowing, and overall quality of life
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
- Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared
- Bring professionalism, compassion, and encouragement to every interaction
- Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A flexible, team-oriented approach to patient care
