<Duties>
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems such as QUPOS and AlohaPOS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Support kitchen operations through food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy hours
<Qualifications>
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment within a fast-paced restaurant or café setting
- Prior experience in retail or grocery store environments involving serving or cashiering is advantageous
