Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Experience Coordinator & Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the schedules of our caregivers and ensuring our clients receive timely and appropriate care. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our home care services.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for families or clients seeking services, conducting empathetic intake calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate and align client needs with available caregivers ensuring smooth visit execution.
- Proactively handle scheduling conflicts, manage last-minute changes, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal staff.
Requirements:
- Experience in scheduling or administrative roles, ideally within a healthcare or home care environment.
- Bilingual preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional verbal communication and the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Compassionate approach to caregiving and client interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
Full Time -$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
