Associate
We are seeking a CS Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing existing customer relationships. You will manage all client communications in a timely manner, assist customers as needed, and ensure all customers’ needs are met.
- Build, nurture and grow existing customer relationships.
- Manage all account communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide useful and timely updates during shipment lifecycles.
- Assist customers in identifying services that fit their needs and provide information on additional services.
- Actively manage to follow up of opportunities within existing accounts.
- Source capacity to meet customer needs.
- Work directly with any internal parties to support customer accounts.
- Utilize company resources to identify cost and service requirements are being met.
- Provide service updates between the sales, customers, and carriers.
- Create and manage strong relationships with Intermodal/Drayage /FTL carriers.
- Cooperate with the any team members for any account, foster teamwork, and communicate regularly with direct manager to take the training or support as needed.
- Promote operations that align with the company's needs and decision-making.
- No degree is required.
- Previous experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineers.
- Previous experience as a CS Manager or Operations Representative (or similar experience).
- A direct, empathetic communicator.
- Excited to deliver high-quality customer success at a fast pace.
- Comfortable with fast-paced growth.
- Preferred for Korean/ English speaker.
