As one of our First 5 Founding Team Members, you'll work directly with the company's founder, receive hands-on sales and leadership training, and have a clear path to management as we continue expanding throughout Texas and into other markets throughout the United States.

What You'll Do
- Meet face-to-face with homeowners in assigned territories.
- Educate customers on fiber internet and wireless services available in their area.
- Help customers choose the solution that best fits their household's needs.
- Build trust through honest, professional, and consultative conversations.
- Continuously improve your communication, leadership, and sales skills through ongoing coaching and training.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information.
- Represent Third Wave and our carrier partners with professionalism and integrity.
Leadership & Growth

As you consistently produce results and demonstrate leadership, you'll have the opportunity to advance into management where you'll:
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives.
- Build and lead your own sales team.
- Continue earning commissions on your personal sales.

- Help launch new markets and expand Third Wave throughout Texas and other markets in the United States.
