YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team! In this key role you will be part of a team of high performers. You’ll provide our great customers with an excellent experience and assist them through their firearms development journey. Your daily goal is to have everyone who chooses Shadow Hawk Defense think, “I’m glad I picked this place”.
We are passionate about helping people with safety and self defense and we want those who feel the same way to join us.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent customer service - Provide our great customers with excellence and assist them through their journey in firearms use and preparedness utilizing our proven customer experience model.
- Work hard - We believe in being respectful to our teammates by working hard so our peers don’t have to pick up the slack. Many hands make light work.
- Earn commission as you help our customers improve their skills – Help them explore more training and shooting activities.
- Answer emails and make customer calls.
- Keep us organized- Maintain filing systems, data entry records and managing correspondence using Microsoft tools.
- Answer the phone.
Qualifications:
- You support the Second Amendment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- You love interacting with people.
- You are a high performer.
- You enjoy working with others who set professional, personal and financial goals.
- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks.
- You have reliable transportation.
- You're at least 21 years of age.
- Willing to learn.
