Account Executive – Cancer CARE For Life
Are you a seasoned benefits or life insurance sales professional who excels in the broker and consultant channel? INTERLINK is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth for both our Cancer CARE For Life (CCFL) program and our Cancer CARE For Life – Life Insurance (CCFL LI) product. In this role, you’ll partner closely with brokers, consultants, large employers, and Life Insurance entities to bring a high‑impact program to a rapidly expanding market.
What You’ll Do
- Sell CCFL and CCFL Life Insurance programs to large employers and Life Insurance organizations.
- Build, maintain, and advance a robust revenue pipeline.
- Lead high‑quality presentations, demos, and finalist meetings with brokers, employers, and Life Insurance companies.
- Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships across the benefits ecosystem.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, benefits, life insurance, or a related field.
- Proven success selling through the broker/consultant channel.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- A self‑starter with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience in life/voluntary benefits (preferred but not required).
