Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential HVAC Installation. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, reliable installations. THIS IS A NEW COMP POSITION, NOT HOURLY FOR INSTALLS.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems and components according to specifications and safety standards.
- Drive company vans to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC installation.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively and efficiently.
- Experience with plumbing tasks is a plus; familiarity with building codes is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
