Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Starting rate at $43.00 per hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications.
Town Hall Estates Arlington is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life.
Our therapy team provides high-quality, person-centered care in a collaborative environment. We focus on individualized treatment plans that support residents in achieving their highest level of function, independence, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families to promote optimal outcomes
- Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers regarding communication and swallowing strategies
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal requirements
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings
- Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered
- SNF or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus
- Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
